There's nothing more chic than a simple champagne cocktail!
Read my Fall 2017 Issue:
Makes 1 glass
3 oz champagne
1⁄3 oz cognac
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
- Soak sugar cube in a champagne flute with angostura bitters.
- Add champagne and cognac.
- Garnish with a sprig of currants.
You can also use a nice cava or prosecco in place of the champagne in this cocktail.
